On Monday, Common Ground screened to a sold-out, enthusiastic audience in West Hollywood. On stage with Josh and Rebecca were executive producers Ian Somerhalder, Rosario Dawson and Nikki Reed, as well as Evan Harrison, CEO of Kiss the Ground. Attendees included Emily Osment, Rumer Willis, Richa Moorjani, Abbie Cornish, Eric Buterbaugh, Marta Pozzan, and Leah Thomas, founder of IE.

Common Ground Film was featured during a live broadcast from #COP28 during day 9 (Nature, Land & Oceans’ day) during the ‘We Don’t Have Time’ Climate Action Hub, including panel discussions and interviews with leaders from around the world.

The panel was entitled: “Improving Our Soils to Solve the Climate Crisis”. This extended exclusive clip of our award-winning documentary was introduced by Co-Director Rebecca Tickell. The clip featured regenerative soil scientists and experts Jonathan Lundgren, PhD, Cristine Morgan, Ph.D, Toby Kiers, PhD, regenerative farmer and educator Gabe Brown, CEO of American Farmland Trust John Piotti, the Rodale Institute, and narrator Jason Momoa… who all share their experiences and advocate in the film for how living plants, less chemical inputs, and #regenerativeagriculture is key to building #soilhealth, food security, and farmer prosperity, all while sequestering carbon.
